I went through Beth to purchase a pre-sold in a local subdivision. It was a good experience for someone that knew nothing about the steps to go through with building a house. It leaves a lot of the headache to someone else. It was a great choice for a first time homeowner. I loved being involved in some of the decisions. The process was pretty smooth. I signed the contract and in about 4 months was closing on a brand new house.
